Many of the questions you may have may pertain to the charges for our services.  While every case is different and each family has specific needs, following is our basic Fee Structure :

Family Conference, $75 per hour
Families are often called upon to make decisions in a crisis, and not everyone fully understands or agrees on the options.  We will involve the elder, if possible, and attempt to resolve varied emotions and feelings, empowering the family to make cooperative decisions.  We will compile a detailed "inventory" of personal information, family contacts, medical history, etc. and discuss feelings, preferences, needs, and options. Some areas may require research before the final report is given with referral resources.

Ongoing Consultation, $50 per hour
We offer our established clients quick access to our time and expertise when needed.  Communications by telephone or email are billed at quarters of an hour. An on-site meeting is scheduled with a one hour minimum.

On-site Monitoring/Reporting Visits, $50 per hour
We visit our client when frequent visits by family are not possible and report back to the family on the elder's appearance, environment, activity level, etc.

Travel Time, $50 per hour
Time spent traveling more than one hour from our location to or with the client will be charged.
