The decision to relocate closer to loved ones or into a senior community, assisted living, or nursing home is a major step.  If not handled properly, a major life change such as this can be traumatic and result in depression, social withdrawal, and even physical illness.  We ease the transition.

For any move:

-  If the family desires, we can assist with the details such as sorting through items in the house, packing those that are to be kept, and working with realtors, estate sale professionals, movers, storage facilities, etc.

If It's a Local Move (into a senior community / facility):

-  We find out what is most important to our client...activities, social interaction, financial concerns, etc... And make recommendations to those facilities that will most closely meet our client's needs.
-  We will monitor your loved one's progress with periodic visits on a schedule you determine, and update you on what we find.

If It's a Long-Distance Move (to be closer to family):

-  We can assist in making all travel arrangements.  If desired, we can then escort  your loved one every step of the way to help relieve anxiety, ensure that medications are taken, and ensure their safety until delivered right into your arms!
-  We can have all medical records transferred to a physician in the new town.

"...As the one directly responsible for mother's care, I quickly recognized Carla to be a person I could always count on, no matter what I needed...In short, Carla is one who CARES... My experiences have been overwhelmingly positive."
