First and foremost, we treat our clients, their family members, and service providers with compassion, respect, and understanding. We help by:

-  Using our years of experience to assess our client's current physical, emotional, environmental, and financial situation to develop an appropriate plan of care.  The plan of care is periodically updated as circumstances change.

-  Helping you sort through the options for top quality care, whether it is in-home medical or non-medical, senior community, assisted living, nursing home, memory care center, hospice, or rehab facility.

-  Acting as liaison between seniors, their families, healthcare professionals, and other service providers (companion/sitter services, elderlaw professionals, financial experts, etc.) during the changes of natural aging, Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia, and other illness.

-  Giving you peace of mind knowing that you have the best unbiased, objective infomation available.

-  Providing monitoring / reporting services to family members when frequent visits are not possible.  If the loved one is in a facility, this may include review of:

                        -  facilities, management, and staffing
                             -  annual state survey inspection results and compliance
                             -  the senior's adaptation to the environment including
general appearance, eating, activity level, etc.
